Disclosures

Who we act for, how we are paid, and the limits of every number here. Written before you need it.

Who pays, and who we advise

The platform connects both sides of a sale. The seller pays the fee; buyers pay nothing.

So our advice runs to the seller. Buyers get accurate information and a fair process, not advocacy.

We keep a list of buyers and what they want. Being on it makes someone a contact, not a client.

Referral arrangements

Advisors who introduce a client are paid a share of our fee if that business sells. The introduction is recorded with your file.

The referral fee comes out of our fee and costs you nothing. Your referrer does benefit if the sale closes, so keep that in mind when you ask for their advice.

Your referrer is kept updated on progress and sees nothing else unless you share it. You can ask us to remove an introduction from your file at any time. Details on the referral partners page.

What the numbers on this site are

  • Typical multiple ranges are market context for an industry, not a statement about your business.
  • An indicative range is an estimate from your inputs. A formal valuation is a separate paid engagement by a qualified valuator, and the only figure a court, tax authority or lender accepts.
  • Timeframes and cost estimates are typical for transactions this size. Not predictions, not quotes.

No figure here is a promise of your price. That depends on your earnings, your records, who is bidding, and what is negotiated.

What we do not provide

  • Legal advice. We are not a law firm. Plain language readback is not courtroom advice.
  • Tax advice. Shares or assets, and what you keep, is your accountant's territory. Have that conversation early.
  • Formal valuations. Indicative is not formal, and we keep the two apart.
  • Investment advice. Nothing here recommends buying, selling or holding a security.
  • Accounting or audit services. We do not prepare or attest to your statements.

The assistant, and what it will not tell you

The assistant explains, organizes and answers. Three limits, all by design.

  • It does not calculate your valuation. A fixed method does, so the same inputs always give the same figure.
  • It will not call an offer fair, or tell you to accept. That judgment belongs to a licensed advisor.
  • It gives no legal or tax advice.

Like any AI, it can be wrong. Check what matters against the source document, and against a person.

Results and testimonials

No success rates, no average multiples, no testimonials, until we have real ones with their source shown. Better none than some you cannot check.
