You are deciding whether to sell the thing you built. Nothing becomes public because you looked into it here.

The rest of this page is the same thing said precisely.
The Quick AI valuation asks for your company website, a revenue band and whether you are considering a sale. If you skip it, the form asks for your website, province and whether you are considering a sale.
We keep what you enter, with the value range we produced, to provide and improve the service and in the course of our business with you. It asks for no name, email or phone number.
With each submission we also store a keyed hash of your connection's IP address, to limit repeated requests.
Registering creates an account. From then on we hold the following, most of it only if you put it there.
If an accountant, lawyer or advisor introduced you to us, that introduction is recorded with your file, because it is how that person is paid if you sell. What they can see is on the disclosures page.
A small number of providers run the product, on our instructions and for no purpose of their own.
The assistant explains offers, reads your documents and answers questions. The relevant parts of your workspace go to an AI service we operate, and the answer comes back. The Quick AI valuation sends the text of the website you enter to the same service, to read which industry the business is in.
Two commitments. Your information never trains any AI model, ours or anyone else's. And the assistant sees your material only when you are using it, never to mine your deal.
Ask any time to see, correct, export or delete everything we hold. Deletion is permanent, covers every version of every document, and ends the relationship.
One limit: after a signed engagement and a transaction, some records must be kept for the period the law requires. Never your workspace held open against your wishes.
This service is for business owners. It is not directed at anyone under 18.
The company holding your information is InvestDeal Technology Inc., Vancouver, British Columbia.
A question, a request, or a complaint: reach us through the contact page and we will answer.
Not satisfied with our answer? The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada can take it up, or your provincial commissioner in BC, Alberta or Quebec.
Changes appear here with a new date at the top. Material ones go to account holders by email, not quiet edits.
